Your Quick Guide To Managing Ethics & Compliance

Generalist-ly Speaking

As a regular reader, you might (understandably) have both some idea and simultaneously little idea of what I actually do.

The Linktree and the Book page on the website provide more details (including case studies and testimonials). In summary, the main areas are:

🥽 Prevent: Program design, development, and implementationTraining (BI to deception detection), responsible supply chain, guides and knowledge transfer.

📊 DetectAssessments, benchmarks, and gap analysis. Including behavioural and culture assessments (knowledge, access, accountability, and trust), and occasionally funky stuff like social engineering detection (including state-sponsored espionage).

🔎 RespondInvestigative support (often “quarterbacking” multiple lines of enquiry), crisis management, and general problem-solving.

That’s a lot to take in, and there is more. Rather than labour the point, if you want to discuss any of these topics, schedule a callhere. I won’t try and sell you, that’s not my style. If I can help, I will. In turn and in time, maybe you’ll repay the favour and make a referral, offer some feedback, or help out in some other way.
