Get Risk Resources
We’ve reorganised and updated the website to provide more straightforward access to the resources developed to help people like you. The new site also reflects the overlapping but distinct people we work with.
Businesses: mid-caps and scale-ups trying to do more with finite resources. The new page provides more details and free resources (assessment tools and guides).
Investors: here, we provide due diligence, risk assessment, fractional risk & compliance support, and behavioural insights to inform deal decisions. The resources, particularly the “Beyond the Surface: In-Depth Risk Assessment for Serious Investors” guide, might also be interesting to anyone involved in assessing the extent and efficacy of a risk or compliance program.
We’ve also added the back catalogue of newsletters (and the predecessors from LinkedIn) to the Blog. The intention is to build an AI chat feature that allows you to ask the bot a question about anything risk-related, which will then retrieve relevant content from the Blog archive (and the myriad whitepapers, guides, and other tools dotted around). No more searching through emails or web pages.
The Training page is gone. Why? Creating training content (as we do regularly, most recently for a multilateral covering 54 African countries) remains integral to our work with businesses and investors’ investments. Like the other services, this content creation is scaleable (with tech, partners, and employees joining imminently). However, delivering training relies on me, and the volume of requests necessitates a different (triaged) approach. Further details are folded into the Book page, with a separate page and form to qualify enquiries better here.
